有没有试过用慢炖锅(slow cooker)煮咖椰
我也是第一次,买了一个慢炖锅(slow cooker),
里头附加一小本食谱,其中一页就是制作住家咖椰
不必看火,不必长时间搅拌,真的方便又省事

咖椰煮法:-

材料B-香兰叶4片, 浓椰浆200毫升 煮法:-
1。拌打材料A,至糖完全溶解
2。搅拌香兰叶及浓椰浆,至变成深绿色(材料B)
3。把材料B滤后倒进材料A里,一起搅拌均匀
4。把混和物倒如慢炖锅
5。盖好锅盖,以“HIGH”烹煮一小时,至混和物变浓,无须搅拌混和物。
6。待咖椰冷却后才把食物倒入处理机或搅拌器
7。用食物处理机或搅拌器搅拌咖椰1分钟,至混和物变得柔滑
